How do I place a return?
We’re so sorry that you didn’t love your JCOS order as much as we hoped you would! Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail) and the product(s) you’d like to return; we’ll take care of everything from there.
Can I make an exchange?
At this time, we cannot make exchanges. However, we’re happy to accept returns for any unopened and unused products! Please see our return policy below to see what we’re able to accept.
What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days to request a return after your order has been delivered. To place a return, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and product(s) you’d like to return. Full refunds will be provided for products that meet our requirements, but please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
We cannot accept any opened or used products, partial returns from kits or gift cards.
How long does it take to process a return?
We’ll issue your refund 3-7 days business days after receiving your return package. Please allow additional time for your bank to make your funds available; credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or am missing something from my order?
We’re so sorry about that! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure you get what you’re supposed to.
